Shipping & Delivery
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over €20. For orders under €20, shipping costs €3.99. Standard delivery takes 4-9 working days within the UK. Outside of the UK it can take between 4-14 days. Processing time takes between 1-5 working days.
We expect most orders to arrive well within this timeframe, however, in some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days after purchase, depending on order volume, global delays, or holidays.
You can track your order by clicking on the tracking code you received in your shipping email. This is the second email you'll receive from us. The tracking link will show you real-time updates of your package's journey and estimated delivery time.
TheraGoods works with international suppliers to keep our costs down, which means better prices for you. There are NO additional or unexpected charges beyond your purchase price - we handle all import duties and taxes ourselves. Returns

Return shipping costs are unfortunately your responsibility. Costs depend on your chosen courier service. You can find pricing information on the website of whichever courier you choose to use.
We offer a 30-day return period starting from the day you receive your item. You can only return items if:
- The return period hasn't expired
- The product is in original packaging with all labels attached
- The product hasn't been used (except for initial testing)
- Hygiene seals are intact (where applicable)
For health and beauty products, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons, except in cases of defective products.
Once we receive your return package, you'll get a confirmation email from us. At this point, we'll begin processing your refund.
