1. Placing an Order

Placing an order at theragoods.co.uk is quick and easy:

  1. Go to the product page and click the “Add to cart” button for your desired item.
  2. Ensure you’ve selected the correct variant (if applicable).
  3. Click “Proceed to checkout.”
  4. On the information page, enter your correct shipping details.
  5. Click “Continue to shipping.”

✅ On the shipping page, you'll confirm your address again.
✅ Shipping is free on all orders over €20 — no minimum item quantity required.
✅ Click “Continue to payment.”

We offer secure payment methods in an SSL-encrypted environment. Your payment is always protected.

Available payment methods for customers include:

  • Credit Cards (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay

After selecting your payment method, click “Complete order.” You'll be redirected to a secure page to finalize the payment.

2. Shipping Your Order

Once your order is placed, we aim to process and ship it as soon as possible. To keep our prices fair and competitive, we consolidate orders in bulk and ship once we reach minimum shipping volumes.

🕒 Shipping Timeline:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery time: Typically 5–14 business days after dispatch

You’ll receive a tracking code via email once your order ships. Visit our Track & Trace page to follow your delivery.

3. Receiving Your Order

When your order arrives — enjoy it! But if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Damaged Product?

We’re sorry! If your item arrives damaged, we’ll send you a free replacement the first time. Refunds are not issued at this stage.
If the second shipment is also damaged, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Lost Package?

If tracking confirms delivery but you claim non-receipt—and there is verified proof of delivery—we may charge for reshipment. However, if the issue is due to logistics or delivery error, we’ll cover the cost of reshipping your order.

We always do our best to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.


Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders over €20.
No minimum quantity is required.
For orders under €20, standard shipping fees may apply (visible at checkout).


Import Duties & Customs Fees

Since July 1, 2021, certain countries may inspect parcels and impose customs duties.
This occurs in fewer than 1% of cases, but if you're charged import fees, please contact us at info@theragoods.co.uk— we’ll assist you however we can.


Missed Delivery / Post Office Pickup

If your order is left at your door or sent to a local post office, theragoods.co.uk will cover the associated costs in certain cases.

⚠️ However, if the package is not accepted or not picked up, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct 100% of the order value from any refund due to failure to collect the parcel.
