Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), form-fitting clothing, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care or hygiene products.

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • All personal care and hygiene products, regardless of type
  • All cosmetic and beauty products
  • All items that come into direct contact with the body or skin
  • All wellness and health-related products
  • Any personal-use devices or products
  • Any item whose original packaging has been opened, damaged, or altered

This list is not exhaustive and may be extended at our discretion to include any product with similar characteristics or hygiene concerns. If in doubt, please contact us before initiating a return.

We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note: Orders are processed immediately after confirmation to ensure fast dispatch. As such, cancellations after placing an order are generally not possible, as the order is likely already being processed in our warehouse.

If you wish to request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@theragoods.co.uk. We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee cancellation.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know whether the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Returns & Refunds for Discounted Upsell Offers

If you purchase a full-priced product and then take advantage of a discounted upsell offer for the same product, the following conditions apply:

  • Full bundle must be returned – If you request a refund for the full-priced item, you must also return all units purchased at the discounted upsell price. Partial refunds for just the full-priced item will not be granted.
  • No retroactive price adjustments – If a discounted upsell is offered after your initial purchase, the price difference from the original order will not be refunded or adjusted.
  • Refund abuse prevention – Attempts to game the system (e.g., buy one at full price, add a discounted upsell, and return only the full-price item) may result in a denial of the return.
  • Final sale on some discounted items – Certain upsell offers may be considered final sale and thus not eligible for return or refund. Please check the offer details before completing your purchase.

Return Address & Shipping Fees

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse located in China. The exact return address will be provided once your return request is approved.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we made an obvious error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
